Attention Racers:
Above is the NHRA Racer forms link for the various forms needed to become a member with NHRA. NHRA does their licensing in 2 year increments because the physicals for racers faster that 9.99 in the quarter mile are good for 2 years.
NHRA accepts current IHRA licenses as a crossover. 
9.99 and faster with current IHRA competition license need

1. A physical form completely filled out by your regular physician and...
2. The "Crossover Application for NHRA License and Competition Number Registration" Form

9.99 and faster need

1. A physical form completely filled out by your regular physician and...
2. The "Application for NHRA License and Competition Number Registration"  Form

10.00 and slower need

1. NHRA Competition Number/Membership Registration Form
