The Musco Lighting Night of Fire is an annual holiday tradition at Eddyville Raceway Park. In 2008, the tradition gets bigger and better with NHRA Funny Car points leader Tim Wilkerson. Wilkerson, clearly the strongest Funny Car in the World will bring his stout entry to ERP and face veteren racer and fan favorite Jack Wyatt, on Saturday evening, July 5. In addition, the crowd pleasing Nitro Nostalgia Funny Cars make their first appearance at ERP. "The Nostalgia Funny Cars are awesome" said Promoter Scott Gardner. "It's like going back to the 70's and 80's with their style of burn-out and dry hops" he mentioned.
The 2008 professional line-up at ERP is the strongest in recent memory. In addition to the Nitro action, Jets, a Wheelstander, special exhibition feature, fireworks and more! Feature show starts at 6 PM. Admission is $25 adults, kids (6-12) $5.
