NITRO ACTION RETURNS THIS FRI & SAT
WORLD FUEL ALTERED NATIONALS RETURNS

This Friday and Saturday August 15 & 16 marks the return of the World Fuel Altered Nationals at Eddyville Raceway Park. For those who don't know what Fuel Altereds are, here is an explanation. A Fuel Altered is a radical short wheelbase funny car (without the body) equipped with a large cubic inch supercharged engine loaded with explosive nitromethane. Heard enough? In reality words can't describe these monsters, you have to see them! This weekend is your chance as 20 Fuel Altereds are pre-entered for the World Fuel Altered Event. 

Friday evening along with our regular program we will feature a qualifying session for the Nitro Altereds. Then on Saturday another qualifying session will lead into head to head competition at 6 PM. "After last years event, I'm ready for about anything" said Gerald Kramer. "These machines are so radical you can't predict what might happen" he continued. Admission for adults on Friday is $15 and $22 for Saturday. Kids (6-12) are only $5 per day. For more detailed information click here.
